RIKAVI is an automated software developed by TTS which expedites and simplifies the ticket refund process for you and allows you to claw back unclaimed revenues.
RIKAVI works based on the refund validity of tickets e,g, if ticket refund validity is 24 months from date of issue , RIKAVI will look at all issued tickets 24months prior and process any refunds due.
Once processed, the refunds are credited directly into original Travel Agent ID and Form of Payment (FOP) used to issue the ticket. For e.g. tickets issued on Cash via BSP will be credited into BSP.
In the SIGMA model, TTS will provide Travel Agents a complete & comprehensive servicing for the entire business process (end to end ) on a day to day basis covering :

An agreed compensation mechanism will be setup based on the work outsourced and TTS will invoice the client a detailed list of work carried out for payment on a monthly basis.
BEETA is our unique solution to assist Travel Companies for easy sign up. The Travel Company will provide 13 digit ticket numbers of all tickets issued during a particular period to TTS.
